Refund Policy

TrueTracked LLC provides digital services and software access through subscriptions and one-time configurations. Because access is delivered immediately after payment, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for digital services once access or implementation has started.
However, we will review refund requests in these limited situations:
- Duplicate payment or billing error
- Unauthorized transaction or fraud
- Accidental double charge for the same order
To request a review, email contact@truetracked.com within 7 days of the charge and include your invoice or transaction ID.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
